SHAPE Architecture is proud to announce that the Bob Prittie Metrotown Library renovation has received a British Columbia Library Association Merit Award.
The renovation re-imagined the aging library infrastructure, and included a full lobby renovation, renewal of adjacent back of house spaces, and integration of a new RFID check-out system. SHAPE Architecture worked closely with library staff to implement their vision of a more inviting open and bright lobby to encourage engagement between Library staff and patrons, creating a vital energized cultural space.
